The Elements of Antimatter
Be audacious
In the face of bold challenges there’s assumed permission to take calculated risks, explore unconventional paths, and learn from rapid iteration. We have a bias towards action to get to better outcomes sooner.
Be an owner and create your best work
We aim for common goals with the responsibility and ownership of empowered and entrusted individuals and small teams. We take initiative and commit to each other to perform at a high level, and make our teammates successful knowing we are all responsible for the company's success.
Forge strong relationships through candor and integrity
We build trusting relationships that allow honest communication and respectful debate — where ongoing feedback is a gift. We earn the trust of our current and future customers with honesty, respect, and real value.
Belong to a supportive and optimistic community
A great culture of collaborative problem solving requires empathy, friendship, and appreciation for each one of us. We celebrate our victories together, and share our failures together, with optimism.
